Shelby Greaser (she/her) is driven by her passion for systemic equality and justice where she found her joy in building collaborative, impactful, and sustainable internal non-profit systems. Joining the State Revenue Alliance from New Mexico Voices for Children, she brings experience in cultivating organizational health through managing grants and development initiatives, events, and internal culture building that centers racial justice and equity. In her prior role with the National Association of Social Workers she provided both internal operations and partnered with social workers across New Mexico to advocate for the profession and the communities they served. Shelby holds a master’s degree in social work and a master’s degree in business administration. Born and raised in Albuquerque, NM, she takes pride in her city's rich heritage and vibrant culture. Shelby enjoys exploring the outdoors, spending quality time with her family and three dogs, cooking a delicious meal, or getting lost in a captivating book.
