Jaymie Cobb

Campaigns Manager

Jaymie Cobb (she/her) is an organizer, strategist, and relentless advocate for justice—because when the system isn’t built for everyone, you build a new one. Jaymie’s path to revenue work was anything but conventional. She started in electoral politics, helping flip South Carolina’s 1st Congressional District blue for the first time since 1994, managing key state house races, and leading a high-stakes Senate primary for Ed Markey against a Kennedy in 2020. Her time at Color of Change deepened her commitment to racial justice, while her leadership in the Serve Our Sisters program ensured that women reentering society had the support and dignity they deserved. That same fire drove her to reproductive justice work, where she not only fought for policies that protect bodily autonomy but also supported pregnant Texans as they traveled to receive the care they were denied in their home state.

For Jaymie, this work isn’t just professional—it’s personal. She believes in the power of organizing because she's seen it transform lives. She believes in breaking cycles of harm and investing in the people who have been left out of decision-making for too long. And she believes that justice isn’t about one issue, one policy, or one election—it’s about changing the way power operates at every level.

When she's not strategizing the next big win, Jaymie is in the kitchen experimenting with new flavors, proving that organizing and cooking share a key ingredient: bringing people together. She lives in Texas with her teenage daughter and their tiny, chaos-loving puppy, Piranha, who—like Jaymie—never backs down from a challenge.
