Erica Vladimer (she/her) is a fighter for tax justice who believes that the way we raise and spend public dollars is a moral choice—and that working people deserve a seat at the table when those choices get made. For the past six years, Erica has been in the trenches of New York's tax equity fight, first as a volunteer steering committee member and then communications coordinator for Invest in Our New York.

At Invest in Our New York, Erica led the charge in crafting a killer message and helped empower New Yorkers to become their own most effective advocates. Working alongside some of New York’s top grassroots leaders, she helped coordinate the full scope of the Invest in Our New York campaign strategy to help secure $40 billion in new revenue for the services New Yorkers depend on.

But Erica's work doesn't clock out at 5 PM. As Founding Director of Harassment-Free New York, she's spent years fighting for stronger protections against and accountability for workplace harassment and discrimination in government and political spaces. She's helped pass eight pieces of legislation into New York State law and secured the first legislative hearings on workplace sexual harassment in 27 years.

When she's not strategizing the next campaign win or drafting legislation, you can find Erica representing her community as a State Committee member, spoiling her niece and nephew, and exploring the many regions of Italy.
